Let’s Talk Projects: New in November
Nov 26, 2014
We worked on many projects in November, but we wanted to share some of the noteworthy projects that have recently gone live. Check out these projects: a drive-to video for a developer contest, an interactive game for project managers and a demand generation video filmed mid-air.
IBM Big Data for Social Good Challenge
Be prepared to laugh. In this drive-to video for IBM we incorporated “developer humor” to resonate with our target audience while communicating the details of the contest. Fun fact: “Chip” is an actual developer, not an actor.
Vitamin T Interactive Game – Project Manager Mania
Vitamin T needed an asset that would draw businesses to their website without hard sell advertising. The interactive game we crafted focuses on project managers. In the three different levels, players use their own PM skills to complete a task in a specific order, put out fires and avoid the items that can ruin a project. The asset is one that grabs attention on social media and can be shared – ultimately driving the target audience to reach out to Vitamin T. Fun fact: The characters in the game are based off real people at Centerline. (View here)
IBM’s Be Fearless with dashDB video
This wasn’t your average video shoot, since the creative concept for this video required filming a skydiver jumping out of a plane. The piece symbolizes taking a leap forward in business through skydiving and encourages IT practioners to download a trial of IBM’s dashDB product. We were lucky enough to find someone for the shoot who was not only an actor, but also had 540 jumps under his belt. That experience was crucial to the shoot, since he was being filmed mid-air and had to control his maneuvers. The added challenge? We only had 3 jumps to get the right shot. See how the final product turned out in this shortened clip of the full piece. (View here)
