Jenny Milnor

Human Resources Director

By the time I was seven years old

I had lived in four states. Those early childhood experiences really helped define me, from how I view the world to the career path that I have chosen. My love for people, culture, new ways of thinking, and change naturally meant a job in human resources.  I like connecting the dots for people, finding a way to say yes, and truly believe there is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to employees.

Over the past fifteen years, my path has taken me from Boston to Denver, and now happily to Raleigh. Connecting people to the right jobs, working with leaders to think differently when it comes to their people, and making sure people have great benefits and get their paychecks are some of things that I have enjoyed most about my time as an HR Manager.

At Centerline, I get to watch some of the most talented folks in the business do amazing work. It’s an inspiring, creative, collaborative place to be, which matches up nicely to what I value the most about our company culture.

When I am not at Centerline, I am enjoying time outside hiking with my husband, daughters, and Great Dane, or running to an estate sale or thrift shop!
